Gymnastics

Robbie and Maia join in a gymnastics club on Saturday mornings. Asha and Billy also have a session - more advanced! Asha gracefully does her somersaults; Billy, apparently without any fear at all, hits the roof and crashes back down again from an enormous height; Maia climbs underneath the obstacles rather than vaulting over them; and Robbie is, as they say in Spanish, "pilas" - full of energy and the will to have a go, but not very successful yet! It is all good fun! Concentration is not easy for Robbie amd Maia on the repetitive exercises but, if they persist, they both look to have the capacity to be competent gymnasts. The club opened only a few weeks ago but has already attracted many children and adults, including from both Robbie's and Maia's school, Pachamama, and from John's school, The British School Quito.
